Not long ago I was asked by a friend if I’d be able to help out a friend of hers who was a missionary.  Little thought went into the question: I feel God has given so much I try, within my power help folks out with the gifts he’s given me as much as I can.

I found out the Lisa had spent a fair amount of time as a missionary in Thailand and was making her first trip back in a few years state-side.  She had some video and some photos she wants to share with the folks that had (and still) support her.  The video turned out to be a pretty neat little piece that was able to help her communicate her story a bit.

After the showing Lisa emailed me to ask what I had owed her and I was able tell her that I didn’t expect anything, in true Gospel fashion though Lisa wouldn’t take no for an answer.  She was able to seek out my address and send out an amazing thank you note along with some awesome sundries (see below!).

Thank you Lisa for your encouragement, and for your thought.  Through this small gesture God was able to fill me up to continue to be able to bless people in need.  It was such an awesome boost.  Scroll down for Lisa’s video
