Subversion Titles
There’s a church in New Brunswick that we love at Anchored Art called Jacob’s Well. We can’t say enough about the leadership there, and on top of it they are always handing us fun projects to play with! With an upcoming sermons series in Colossians were giving this title plate:
From Artist Weylon Smith and tasked with creating multi-media support. Weylon is a great artist and print designer, I recommend checking him out!
The final product came out as something suspenseful, and engaging, and supremely representative of the artwork. Here it is:

idolatry Series Bumper
Recently we were tasked with coming up with a short bumper that would be a good set-up for a sermon series based on the idea that at the root of our sin is idolatry. Based on the principals that idolatry has set its roots deep into our heart we came up with this. Its a tad frightening, yes but the so is the prospect of our hearts hardening to the lone and message of Jesus because we are all too often turning away from him for the ‘shine’ of something else.
Emergence Relocation {part I}
Part one of a four, count ‘em, four part series! Emergence has been such a wonderful place for me and my family, it has been a pleasure getting to work side by side with Steve Hawthorne on this project, I can’t wait to see what God does with this new building and a great group of people committed to the gospel and sharing it in exciting ways (like with cartoons!)
